Geeta Nanda explains why the Thames Valley Housing Association chose to work with the Low Carbon Workplace Partnership, and how they will sustain the low carbon principles.


Thames Valley Housing has signed a new 15 year lease on Premier House in Twickenham. The property is being fully refurbished by the


Low Carbon Workplace Partnership to a high energy efficiency specification to enable TVHA to apply for the Carbon Trust's Low Carbon Workplace Standard. The refurbished accommodation is expected to halve the building's carbon emissions when in use at high occupancy levels.
