Rob Watts, Development Director and Director of Stanhope
Rob has substantial development experience and was responsible for the £120m refurbishment of the Grade II listed Treasury building.

John Bywater, Non-Executive Director
John is Managing Director of Caddick Developments based in Yorkshire, a non-executive director of Workspace Group plc and Realis Estates plc. John is also a former Executive Director of Hammerson plc, a FTSE100 company.
